Trainer actions:
- Record all training information and keep track of training events and activities.
- Manage and conduct performance development plans. Link to, and review, the competencies or capabilities contained in the activities that form an individual development strategy.
- Link managers and/or facilitators to a user or a group of users. Managers can list and edit assessment pages, development plans and report on competencies attained for their staff.
- Secure permission based access, so that users view their data, managers link to and edit relevant data, administrators manage and edit system information.
- Report a breakdown of competencies achieved or yet to be achieved for groups of users.
- Display their organisational structure and preview the reporting relationships within their organisational unit.
- Conduct a capability analysis of their organisation and record the targeted attributes. Link capabilities to user records or positions within the organisation.
User actions:
- View what they have achieved and have yet to achieve, regarding associated competency requisites for their position, potential promotional opportunities.
- View assessment results.
- Access an events calendar listing planned activities.
